2016 Draft City Budget Has Finally Inputed to E-Budgeting

Jakarta Development Planning Board (Bappeda) has finally inputted the 2016 Draft City Budget (RAPBD) into e-budgeting. Jakarta Bappeda Head, Tuty Kusumawati said, the budget and work plan (RKA) is already completed and refined, which was conducted by Jakarta Financial and Asset Management Board (BPKAD), Bappeda and SKPD.

Hopefully, the next RAPBD discussion could be more smoothly.

"The draft APBD already inputted 99 percent or 100 percent. And at 2 PM, Jakarta Governor will give a speech over proposal of RAPBD to Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) in plenary meeting," stated Kusumawati, at City Hall, Thursday (12/17).

She went on the say that, it is a milestone in the history of the RAPBD discussion initiated by a discussion of  Priorities and the Tentative Budget Platform (KUA-PPAS) and it has been implemented in detail, either format, substance or mechanism.

RKA Drafting Has Touched 97 Percent

"Hopefully, the next RAPBD discussion could be more smoothly. And we entrust to Home Ministry to quickly ratify the budget. Aside that, we also have data and its soft copy thus the evaluation process could be reviewed well," he hoped.

Meanwhile, Jakarta BPKAD Head, Heru Budi Hartono added, earlier, the bappeda has made e-planning and combined with all components and inserted into e-budgeting. "There is a readjustment and that part of the completion process," he uttered.
